The world witnessed a deadly virus over the past couple of months, and it has changed a lot ever since. We are entangled with utterances like social distancing, flattening the curve, work from home, etc., in this crisis. But has anyone thought about how the world would look like after COVID-19 ends? The circumstances that we are seeing now, nobody has the tiniest bit of an idea, how will the world look, after all this is over.

One of the good impacts of COVID-19 is on the environment. There is a ton of minimization in the emission of oxides of carbon and other harmful chemicals into the atmosphere because the usage of flights and vehicles have been considerably less, due to which, we have witnessed less air pollution in the environment. The Greenhouse Effect has declined in the past few months.

Covid-19 will change how the business is done. For example, if you are going to have a meeting face-to-face for the foreseeable future, then it has to be a pretty worthwhile meeting. People will be productive with their time, which may lessen the exchange of ideas.

Most research and projects embroil people which steers to meeting and traveling but due to lockdown, there is a depletion in that. So this will be a really big hit to innovation and patenting.

It is said that there will be a rise in Digital Marketing after the pandemic is over. Also, Cybersecurity and Biotechnology will fascinate new analysis and investments. Distant learning, Cloud Computing, Automation, Internet-Based Management will be hefty.

There will be some pessimistic outcome of COVID-19 also.
In this global lockdown, the economy is facing the greatest challenge in living memory. Many organisations sagged under the pandemic. According to International Labour Ages,25 million people’s jobs can be lost and around 2.7 billion workers will be affected. The unemployment rate will be towering.

Financial markets are expecting a V-shaped recession. In this, the GDP will decline by an astonishing amount but can be quickly rebounded after a deep steep.

People believe once the lockdown ends people will make up for the lost time. A V-shaped recession is possible. China is a great example of that. Everything is normal in China. About 90% of the crisis has been recovered, which is tremendous.

The tourism industry, which is a major part of the country’s economy, is crippled right now. According to the United Nations World Tourism Organisation(UNWTO), there is about 57% of downfall in the first quarter months of the year. Many countries like Greece and Turkey are facing some serious economic loss due to that. Even after the pandemic ends, it will still take a lot of time for the tourism industry to recover.

Pandemic has wounded globalisation also. It will flex the globalisation but not smash it. Global cooperation can still harness the best after the pandemic.
