Imagine filling gas in a balloon, the balloon will inflate. But, what if you keep on filling it even after it reaches its maximum capacity. What’s gonna happen then? The air pressure on the inside the balloon will become more than the pressure on the outside and it will be burst.
Likely, these things ensue with your brain too when you keep filling it with negativity, anger and sadness by over-thinking.

A SOUND MIND IS A SOUND BODY
Mental health is very essential. It is really necessary to know how you think and be aware of the thoughts that are taking most of our mind. Mental health really influences your mood, behaviour and thought. It affects the relationship with our friends, family and colleagues. If we’re happy and healthy internally, then, most obviously, we will be able to help others.

A research says that out of 40 people, 5 people suffer from mental illness. The reason why this ratio is soaring is because people aren’t free to talk about it. They don’t get proper help. Because it is a stereotype that if you are seeing a psychiatrist you are crazy. NO GUYS, MENTAL ILLNESS IS SAME AS PHYSICAL ILLNESS. And, just like any other body ailment, it also needs to be taken care of.

One such mental illness is Clinical Depression. Depression can be described as a feeling of loss, sadness or anger that obstructs a person’s everyday activity. It is a feeling when you think nobody will understand you and they will judge you and only loneliness seems an ally. Sometimes this isolation leads them to try and/or even commit suicide.
Always remember that SUICIDE IS NOT AN OPTION to get away with your problems. Be a fighter and knock them out.
Rage rage against the dying of the light”
Self-appreciation is the key. One must always give the importance and the top priority to oneself.”

Be vocal, don’t hide if you are having some issues. Connect with your friends and family.
There should always be one person in your life with whom you can share your stuff without the fear of being judged or misunderstood. That person can be anyone your friends, your mother, your life partner or anyone
.
And if you are not comfortable sharing your stuff with anyone. Write it down somewhere, take everything out and release yourself with the burden of thoughts. We can also look for professional help. Psychiatrist and mental health specialists are specifically trained in this field.
One can give a try to meditation. It really relaxes our mind. It really helps us in introspection. Different people show response to different stuff. For some it’s meditation, for some it’s spiritual scriptures. Many people channel their sadness into poetry or art. It differs from person to person.

We must all try to let things go and stop churning things in our brains.
Spend time with your family, friends and loved ones.
